Comprehensive School Rules and Regulations


1. Admissions

  • Admission is granted strictly on merit and availability of seats.
  • Parents/Guardians must submit the admission form with all required documents (birth certificate, transfer certificate, previous academic records, ID proofs, etc.).
  • All admissions are provisional until all required documents are submitted and full payment of fees is completed.
  • Any false or misleading information will lead to immediate cancellation of admission.

2. Withdrawal

  • A written application from the parent/guardian is required for withdrawal.
  • One month’s notice or one month’s fee in lieu of notice is mandatory.
  • Transfer Certificate will only be issued after all dues are cleared. A processing fee of Rs.1000/- applies.
  • The school may withdraw a student in cases of misconduct, non-payment of fees, or persistent poor performance.

3. Fee Payment

  • Fees must be paid on or before the 10th of every month/quarter as notified.
  • Late fees will attract a fine as per school policy.
  • Non-payment of fees for two consecutive months may lead to suspension.
  • All payments should be made through approved modes; receipts must be preserved.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under special circumstances approved by management.
  • Parents are encouraged to pay fees online and avoid cash transactions.
  • Paying fees through any QR code, bank account, UPI, or any form not officially linked to the school’s account is strictly prohibited, even if suggested by school staff, unless a written notice on the official school letterhead is provided.
  • If parents ignore this rule, the school will not be held responsible for any financial fraud or loss resulting from such negligence.
  • If a parent is facing financial difficulties, the school may grant a concession upon submission of valid documents.
  • Concession or scholarship is not a right of any student or parent. It is solely at the discretion of the school management, which can grant or withdraw such benefits at any time without prior notice.
  • The school reserves the right to increase the fees at any point of time depending on the circumstances, without giving prior information to students or parents.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to appear for examinations.
  • Leave applications must be submitted in advance for absences.
  • Absence due to illness must be supported with medical documents.
  • Late-comers may be sent back home.

5. Discipline & Conduct

  • Students must maintain respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and peers.
  • Bullying, harassment, abusive language, or violence will not be tolerated.
  • Students must not disrupt learning environments or engage in misconduct inside or outside school.
  • No student may leave school premises before closing hours without prior permission.
  • Students using school buses must follow bus discipline. Others may leave only with guardians/escorts carrying ID cards.
  • Any sort of misbehavior by students or parents towards teachers, staff, or school management will lead to immediate suspension or withdrawal.
  • Any sort of misbehavior by teachers must be addressed immediately to the Principal or School Management. Delays in reporting will not be entertained.

6. Uniform & Grooming

  • Prescribed school uniform must be worn daily, neat and clean.
  • Students are encouraged to dress smartly and remain well-groomed at all times, as proper grooming and good clothing help improve confidence.
  • Wearing faded, torn uniforms/shoes or uniforms of incorrect sizes (too small or too big) is strictly discouraged.
  • Classes II–VIII must wear Karate uniform on Karate days.
  • Girls must wear only black hair bands/rubber bands.
  • Fancy hairstyles, colored hair, and unauthorized accessories are prohibited.
  • Watches, gold jewelry, and expensive items are not allowed.

7. Academics & Homework

  • Students must complete all homework and assignments on time.
  • Academic honesty is compulsory—cheating, plagiarism, or malpractice in exams will result in cancellation of results and disciplinary action.
  • Students are encouraged to seek help from teachers when needed.

8. Technology & Gadgets

  • Mobile phones, electronic devices, and any type of gadget are strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted for academic purposes by the school.
  • Students may use school-provided devices (computers, tablets) only under teacher supervision and for educational purposes.
  • Irresponsible or inappropriate use of technology will lead to disciplinary action.

9. Safety & Health

  • Students must not attend school when sick or with infectious diseases.
  • Hygiene and sanitation practices (hand washing, masks, etc.) must be followed.
  • Students should not bring metallic/plastic bottles without straps.
  • All safety guidelines during emergencies, drills, and evacuations must be followed.
  • COVID-19 protocols (mask-wearing, distancing, vaccinations) must be adhered to.

10. Extracurricular Activities

  • Participation in sports, arts, music, and other extracurricular activities is encouraged.
  • Students must balance academics and activities, demonstrating teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Respect for coaches, captains, and school event rules is required.

11. Personal Belongings

  • Students are responsible for their belongings. The school is not liable for lost items.
  • Dangerous or objectionable items (magazines, sharp objects, valuables, or gadgets) are strictly prohibited.
  • Forgotten items (water bottle, tiffin, etc.) will not be delivered to classrooms.

12. Care for School Property

  • Students must respect and take care of school property.
  • Any intentional or accidental damage must be reported immediately.
  • Students/guardians may be held liable for repair/replacement costs.
  • Misuse of equipment or vandalism may result in suspension, expulsion, or restitution.

13. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

  • Ensure attendance, punctuality, and academic progress of their ward.
  • Inform school authorities immediately of any changes in address, contact, or health details.
  • Parents are requested to attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and workshops organized by the school.
  • Parents must also follow the school diary to remain updated about their child’s academics, behavior, and school activities.
  • If parents avoid PTMs, workshops, or do not follow the school diary, any miscommunication arising as a result will not be entertained by the school.
  • Attend parent-teacher meetings regularly.
  • Cooperate with the school to maintain discipline.

14. Code of Conduct

  • Respect for diversity and inclusion is mandatory—discrimination of any form is forbidden.
  • Students should maintain good behavior outside of school and uphold the school’s reputation.
  • Students are expected to participate in community service and eco-friendly initiatives promoted by the school.

Note: The school management reserves the right to amend, add, or remove rules as required for the welfare and smooth functioning of the institution.
