General Rules & Regulations

1. Admissions

  • Admission is granted strictly on availability of seats and school discretion.
  • Parents/Guardians must submit the completed admission form with all required documents (Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, previous report cards, ID proof, etc.).
  • Admission remains provisional until documents are verified and admission fees are fully paid.
  • Admission fees must be paid only through official school payment modes:
    • School Mobile Application
    • School Website
    • School Bank Account (bank details mentioned in the School Diary)
  • Payments through QR codes, personal bank accounts, or unofficial UPI IDs are strictly prohibited. The school will not be responsible for payments made through unauthorized channels.
  • Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of admission without refund.
  • The academic session runs from April to March, and students admitted during the session must pay fees from April unless otherwise approved by the management.
  • Admission fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Withdrawal

  • Withdrawal requires a written application from the parent/guardian.
  • One month’s notice or one month’s fee in lieu of notice must be given.
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after clearing all dues.
  • A processing charge of ₹1000 will be applicable for issuing the TC.
  • The school reserves the right to suspend or expel any student for misconduct, indiscipline, violation of rules, or non-payment of fees.

3. Fee Payment

  • School fees must be paid on or before the 15th of every month.
  • If fees are not paid by the 15th, a late fine of ₹25 will be charged.
  • If dues remain unpaid, an additional penalty of 2% will be charged on the total outstanding amount.
  • If a student has pending dues, the school reserves the right to:
    • Stop the student from appearing in examinations
    • Withhold examination results
    • Withhold Transfer Certificate, report cards, or other official documents
  • Non-payment of fees for two consecutive months may lead to suspension or cancellation of admission.
  • Before the final examination, all dues up to March of the current session must be cleared.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable except by management decision.
  • Rule Regarding Carry Forward of School Dues
  • Carrying forward or transferring any pending dues from one academic session to another session is strictly not permitted. All fees and dues must be cleared within the same academic session. However, in exceptional cases and only with prior approval from the school management and proper verification, if the school permits the transfer of dues to the next session, an additional penalty charge of 5% on the outstanding amount will be levied. The decision of the school management in this matter shall be final and binding.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Students must maintain minimum 75% attendance to be eligible for promotion.
  • Leave applications must be submitted in advance.
  • If a student remains absent without submitting a leave application, the school will continue marking the student absent until the leave application is submitted.
  • Students must bring their School Diary and ID Card daily.
  • Students without the ID card or diary may not be allowed to attend classes and will be marked absent.
  • No student will be allowed to enter the school before 9:00 AM, except during official school events or with written permission from the Principal.
  • Repeated late arrival may result in the student being sent back home.

5. Discipline & Conduct

  • Students must show respect to teachers, staff, and fellow students.
  • Bullying, abusive language, or violence will lead to strict disciplinary action.
  • Students must not leave school premises during school hours without permission.
  • Any misbehavior by students or parents with school staff may lead to disciplinary action or withdrawal of the student.

6. Uniform & Grooming

  • Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly every day.
  • Classes II–VIII must wear Karate uniform on Karate days.
  • Girls must use black hair bands or rubber bands only.
  • Fancy hairstyles, colored hair, makeup, or unauthorized accessories are prohibited.
  • Gold jewelry, expensive watches, or valuables are not allowed in school.

7. Academics & Examinations

  • Students must complete homework and assignments regularly.
  • Cheating or malpractice in examinations will lead to cancellation of papers or disciplinary action.
  • Promotion depends on academic performance, attendance, and discipline.

8. Technology & Gadgets

  • Mobile phones, smart watches, and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited in school unless permitted by the school for academic purposes.
  • Unauthorized gadgets may be confiscated.

9. Safety & Health

  • Students suffering from infectious diseases must not attend school.
  • Parents must inform the school about medical conditions of the child.

Mental Health Clause

  • If a student suffers from depression, emotional distress, or psychological conditions, parents must seek professional medical consultation and inform the school.
  • The school cannot assume medical responsibility for such conditions.

10. Personal Belongings

  • Students are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • The school will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

11. Care for School Property

  • Students must take care of school property.
  • Any damage must be paid for by the responsible student/guardian.

12. School Diary, ID Card, Escort Card & Fee Book

  • Students must carry their School Diary and ID Card daily.
  • Students without ID card or diary may not be allowed to attend classes and may be marked absent.
  • Parents coming to receive their child must bring the Escort Card issued by the school.
  • The school will not hand over the child without the Escort Card.
  • Parents may also use the “My Receiver” feature in the school mobile application MY MMPS available on the Google Play Store.

Duplicate charges:

  • School Diary – ₹500
  • ID Card – ₹300
  • Fee Book – ₹200

13. Report Card Rules

  • Tampering or altering report cards is strictly prohibited.
  • A duplicate report card will be issued at a cost of ₹200.

Complaints through social media or rumors will not be entertained.


15. Consent for Use of Student Photographs and Videos

  • The school may capture photographs and videos of students during classes, school activities, events, and photoshoots for the purpose of school records, banners, advertisements, brochures, website, social media, and other promotional or marketing materials of the school. By admitting their child to the school, parents/guardians shall be deemed to have given their consent for the use of such photographs or videos. However, if any parent/guardian does not wish their child’s photograph or video to be used for such purposes, they must submit a written “No Consent Declaration Letter” to the school at the time of admission. In the absence of such written declaration, it will be considered that the parent/guardian has given full consent to the school for the use of such materials.

  1. Parent Conduct Rule
    Parents must maintain respectful behavior toward school staff. Misconduct may lead to disciplinary action regarding the student.
  2. Visitor Entry Rule
    All visitors must register at the gate and obtain permission before entering school premises.
  3. Social Media Rule
    Parents and students must not post defamatory or misleading content about the school, staff, or students on social media.
  4. Emergency Authority Rule
    The school reserves the right to change schedules, declare holidays, or modify academic arrangements during emergencies.
  5. Transport Liability Rule
    The school is not responsible for students using private transport.
  6. CCTV Surveillance Rule
    School premises may be monitored through CCTV cameras for security and discipline.
  7. Final Authority Rule
    The decision of the Principal and School Management shall be final in all matters related to discipline, academics, and administration.
  8. Parent Representation Policy
    Parents/Guardians are strictly advised not to form or participate in any parent union, association, or group intended to collectively influence school administration or decisions.
    Any parent having a concern, complaint, or suggestion must approach the school individually through the official grievance channels provided by the school.
    Collective representation, group pressure, or organized interference in school administration will not be entertained by the school management.
    The school reserves the right to take appropriate legal or administrative action against any individual or group attempting to disrupt the functioning, discipline, or reputation of the institution through such activities.

    9. Legal Threat & Dispute Handling
    Parents are advised to follow the official grievance procedure before taking any legal action or filing complaints with external authorities.
    Any false allegations, harassment, or attempts to defame the institution may result in legal action by the school.

    10. Disturbance on School Premises
    Parents or guardians are strictly prohibited from creating disturbance, protests, gatherings, or arguments within or outside the school premises.
    Any such act that disrupts school functioning or threatens staff safety may result in legal action and disciplinary measures regarding the concerned student.


Note: The school management reserves the right to amend, add, or remove rules as required for the welfare and smooth functioning of the institution.
