CCAs & ECAs

At MMPS, we believe in nurturing not just academic excellence but also the overall personality and life skills of every student. To support this holistic development, MMPS offers a wide range of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities that encourage creativity, confidence, leadership, physical fitness, and intellectual growth.

Rules & Regulations for CCAs & ECAs

General Rules

  1. Participation in CCAs and ECAs is encouraged for all eligible students, subject to availability and school guidelines.
  2. Regular attendance in classes and satisfactory academic performance are prerequisites for participation.
  3. Discipline, punctuality, and respect towards mentors, coaches, and fellow participants are mandatory.
  4. Students must attend all scheduled practice sessions without fail. Missing practices without prior approval may result in disqualification.
  5. The school will provide necessary guidance, training, and opportunities for practice.

Selection & Performance

  1. Participation in final events, competitions, or performances will not be automatic.
  2. Selection for performance will be based on:
    • Commitment and attendance during practice sessions.
    • Performance quality and improvement.
    • Discipline and teamwork.
  3. A Selection Committee or Judges appointed by the school will have the sole authority to decide which students will represent or perform.
  4. The decision of the Selection Committee or Judges will be final and binding on all students and parents.

Fees & Payments

  1. Some ECAs/CCAs may involve additional fees for training, costumes, instruments, transportation, etc.
  2. Payment of fees does not guarantee performance or selection. It only ensures that the school provides practice, training, and opportunities for learning.
  3. Parents are requested to understand that fees are charged for training and facilities, not for assured participation in final events.

Code of Conduct

  1. Misbehavior, misconduct, or violation of discipline during practices or events may lead to immediate disqualification.
  2. Parents/guardians are expected to cooperate with the school and avoid interfering in the selection process.
